Alright.
Judgement day didn't happen last May 21 as
Harold Camping predicted. But wait, the 89 year old evangelical Christian broadcaster said he
miscalculated. During his appearance to an open forum in his radio show in Oakland, California, Camping said God has "spared" humanity from a five-month hell on earth. Therefore, he is certain that the final date of doomsday is
October 21, 2011.
Camping already has a history of "miscalculations". In 1994, he publicly announced that Jesus Christ will return on earth. That, of course, didn't happen.
Despite that, Camping continues to gain a number of followers. Some even gave up their life savings in their strong belief towards his predictions.
