"Thief" Justice Renato Corona on Wikipedia

Here's screenshot of the Wikipedia entry for Renato Corona where he was tagged as "Thief Justice" and "illegally" appointed. It was eventually removed hours after it was published:

Anyway, is Wikipedia credible or a reliable source of information? Here's an answer from Wikipedia itself:
