Over a week after the video showing him hitting an MMDA officer went viral, Robert "Blair" Carabuena voluntarily went to the MMDA office to issue an apology. His apology has been accepted but according to Chairman Tolentino, they will push through with the case previously filed against him:

@MMDA: The direct assault case filed vs Carabuena will push through. There is a preliminary hearing later today at QC Prosecutor’s office.
