Top Tourist's Destinations in the Philippines

With over two (2) million visitors, Camarines Sur emerged as the most visited travel destination in the country. This is according to the 2010 statistics report from the Department of Tourism (DOT). Here's the list of the Top 10 Tourist's Destinations in the Philippines:

1. Camarines Sur
2. Metro Manila
3. Cebu
4. Boracay
5. Baguio City
6. Davao City
7. Puerto Princesa
8. Cagayan de Oro
9. Zambales
10. Bohol

Trailing behind are Camiguin, Cagayan, Negros Oriental and Ilocos Norte, placing 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th respectively. The numbers were based from the reports from the national and local tourism offices and both local and foreign visitors are included.

The 2011 report for the Top Destinations in the Philippines will be released next year.
