Rima Fakih Arrested for DUI?

Miss USA 2010, Rima Fakih, is reported to have been arrested in Highland Park for suspicion of drunk driving in the early morning of December 3. At around 5PM on the same day, the former Miss USA tweeted:

“Let’s clear things up now…. I’m NOT in Michigan and I’m NOT in jail! Wrong Fakih.” - @OfficialRima

The tweet was later on deleted. Rima's lawyer, Donaid Elder confirmed the news saying, her client is "very saddened and very apologetic for the situation that she is in right now".

Rima Fakih won Miss USA in 2010, the first Arab-American to win the title. She represented the USA in the Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas, August of the same year.
