Video: Blair Carabuena VS MMDA Officer

Atenean motorist, Robert "Blair" Carabuena seen here hitting an MMDA officer named Saturnino Fabros. This video went viral and the guy became a trending topic on Twitter Tuesday night. He already deactivated his Facebook and Twitter accounts. 

MMDA Legal is filing a criminal case against Mr. Blair Carabuena today. Here's an interview with the MMDA officer right after the incident:
