Thieves stealing a Belgian filmmaker's camera in a restaurant in Binondo - caught on CCTV!
The Belgian guys are just here to observe and film how Chinese New Year is being celebrated in the Philippines, particularly in Binondo. They never expected this to happen. The camera is said to be worth half a million pesos and they are still hoping that the local authorities could help them get it back.UPDATE: The camera was returned after three days!
