He's the infamous call center agent who just put the Philippine call center industry in a very bad light. He went to work one day and purposely recorded a video making fun of a poor, unlucky customer, watch:

Shan Cruz Rivera (may not be his real name) is currently working at The Resource Group (TRG). He has also listed WNS, Results Manila Inc., and Sitel under his "Work and Education" on Facebook . Based on his ID lace, it looks like this video was taken in WNS. 

For most call centers, especially the larger ones, you cannot bring any gadget such as a camera or a video camera inside the floor (office).

This is sad. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. Only a depraved mind that has no consideration about the industry that he works in could come up with crap like this.

We do not need people to poison the well that we all drink from. If you wish to shoot yourself in the foot Shan Rivera, do not involve the rest of the BPO/ Call Center Industry.

You are a pathetic excuse for the scum of the scum of the universe. Your actions will result in major consequences, not just for yourself, but for the entire industry.

He should be banned from the BPO/Outsourcing Industry. His actions are unacceptable and thinking this stunt would make him famous, NO...at stake here would be the entire industry in the Philippines which has created thousands of jobs and businesses. Pray that this does not create a ruckus in the US and we end up in the losing end to countries like India and China:-(

Shan is a disgrace not only to the call center industry but to the Filipino community as well. Nakaka-sama ng loob yung pinaggagagawa nya, para sa mga call center agents na sineseryoso ang trabaho nila. Hndi lang sa call center industry dapat i-ban yang SHAN na yan kundi sa lahat ng trabahong papasukan nya, wala kc syang work ethics. He's not worth giving a job. Hindi dapat bigyan ng NBI clearance yan para walang mapasukan na trabaho. Grrrrrr!!!!!

Salamat sa iyo, Shan Cruz Rivera, hindi ko maintindihan ang pag-tumbling ng site stats ko...never wanted to diss you but your act is too much to handle, you have endangered the future and livelihood of my friends still working with BPOs...hope you're happy, you got yourself in the news and the ire of lots of people in the BPO industry...PEACE!

This is very insulting. He doesn't know how much we work to make the Philippines' BPO Industry attractive to the big brands in other countries.

To all the previous companies his been with, please make sure to file appropriate charges. This is a breach of the confidentiality agreement. He himself boast of having other videos.

After seeing this, I am making sure my company will not hire you.

‎....if you're not scared to face the consequences of your actions, then why did you deactivate your account?.... you may have reasons why you've done such actions, like what you said, you wanna be the most famous call center agent and as you have indicated, your interest is to make fun of your customers....but have you not thought of how you described yourself as a "HIGHLY EDUCATED" person? Cause an educated person knows how to RESPECT other people and LOVE his job....we may have posted bad comments about you, but it's not just because we wanna insult you, mock you, or become as famous as you are right now....we posted such comments 'cause of UNETHICAL actions you have done which now has caused negative impact to us, FILIPINO AGENTS!. Maybe you're burned out cause your customers insulted you, or whatever, but that's not reasonable enough for you to do such things. Dapat makulong yan para di pamarisan, for what he did, is not enough to resolve the conflict, sana our Govt should do something about this to protect the industry, as well, to let our BPO Partners know & see that we can do something that will put justice to his actions. Yeah I've seen him before, when I was still with WNS. And it's such a shame na binigyan niya ng kahihiyan ang Company na nag pasahod at tumanggap sa kanya, kung laro lang pala sayo ang pagiging call center sana nag bigti ka na lang dahil sa dami ng Pamilyang maaapektuhan sa katangahan mo. You're such a big disgrace. Di ko alam kung bakit may mga taong katulad mo na hindi muna nag iisip bago gumawa ng kalokohan, anong narating mo niyan? Wala diba? Kahihiyan lang! too bad.

The end of his career..pix nya posted sa lahat ng HR group ng industry and HR circle of manila , top 1000 corporation..bigla na lang yan masasapok one of this days ng mga natanggal sa trabaho dahil sa ginawa nya
I think he finds it cute of what he did but its all over for you my friend ,no one will hire you anymore for the rest of your life..
ingat ka sa daan,anywhere you go at marami kang tinamaan na tao..pati kabuhayan nila at pamilaya nila naapektuhan...
