Ramgen and Janelle's Video Uploader Traced in Europe!

Janelle's camp through the help of YouTube was able to confirm that the video was uploaded in Europe. The IP address was determined to be from a user in Europe which strengthens the allegations that it could be Ramona Revilla who uploaded the video on the internet.
